the artists of our salon.
Big Announcement from Nina!
Dearest Bilancio Guests,
As most of you know, in February, I officially completed the NBR program, becoming a licensed artist and Master Extension specialist. This dream began in 2018, helping women with hair loss. Having done hair for 20+ years, this venture has brought so much joy back into my work, helping create opportunity for those with less hair. It has been such a rewarding change, and so, the time has come for me
to share my exciting news to transition to NBR services only, as of June 1, 2023. For those who would like to inquire, please reach out!

Nina Pelfini
The whole team has been urging Nina to make this leap. It's what's she's been working very hard towards for a few years. We're so excited for her.
This transition will also allow Nina to move into a leadership role and devote more time to training and educating our up and coming artists so that by the New Year Bilancio will be able to offer a wonderful team of rockstar stylists, who are all capable of bringing you top tier services.
In addition, the ever growing waitlist that has frustrated clients and staff alike will cease to be come June 1st. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
In the same theme of change comes another announcement....
As you know, our Ashley recently had her new baby, Éamonn.
With the demands of her growing family, Ashley has made the difficult decision to leave her position behind-the-chair at Bilancio for the foreseeable future.
Here are a few words from Ash.....
"After much consideration I’ve decided I have to take this year off to be with my growing family and leave Bilancio salon. I’m so grateful for all my clients and teammates who’ve made this work experience a joy to come to everyday. If you need to reach me please don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you and I hope to see you soon in the future."- Ashley
As we have many mamas working in our salon, we totally understand the demands of a growing family and wish Ashley all the best. You're always family, girl.
