At any given time, when you sit in a Bilancio chair, you may have 1-4 people working on your hair. From Extension install to color retouching, washing and bringing you a fresh cup of tea- it takes a village! The right group of people can really make or break a salon and we are very proud of our Bilancio team.

Hey there, I’m Kendall! I’ve been in the hair game for about a year, eager to continue learning and take my passion for hair to the next level. My love for hair started young, accompanying my mom to her appointments and getting to watch amazing transformations.

I’ve been passionate about styling hair since I was young, always enjoying doing hair for friends and family. Making clients feel confident is my aim.

Ever since I was 8, I knew I wanted to be a hairstylist! Growing up, getting my hair done was one of my favorite things to do! I loved the cute salons, all the salon fashion, and seeing women walk out of the salon 100x more confident than when they walked in! In 2019, I finally decided to pursue my dreams and attend cosmetology school. In early 2021, I graduated and have LOVED being able to work my dream career everyday ever since! When I’m not in the salon, you can find me at home loving on my baby boy, wine tasting, or trying a new recipe! I can’t wait to meet you all and make all your hair dreams come true!
