Welcome to Bilancio Salon
Bilancio Salon was established in 2008. The idea behind Bilancio, meaning to balance, was to create a systematic way of creating a balanced image using hair, on the guest in the chair.
Working collaboratively with each guest, the team of stylists is here to help accentuate attributes using complementary shapes as well as tonal support using color and placement techniques. Our goal at Bilancio Salon is to help every guest learn to work with their own natural texture, as well as manage the ideal look with product support and styling.
We use high quality products to achieve clean, healthy hair. We believe in the products we use and the difference they make to your style, so they are one of the many important aspects of our space and beyond.
At Bilancio Salon, we are here to create balance during every aspect of your luxury service. We take into consideration your face shape and features while creating a custom look for each guest, and we hope to achieve an exceptional result, efficiently, all while prioritizing the integrity of the natural hair.

Meet Nina Pelfini
Owner, master colorist, NBR® licensed artist, educator.
Being in the hair industry for 20 years, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow to always do better, be better, for my guests and their experience in my chair.
I have continued my education over the years, gaining experience with all hair types and colors in order to stay current, ready to deliver any technique that will achieve the best outcome, all with the integrity of the hair as a top priority. I specialize in color using Aveda, and a Vidal Sassoon background of cutting. I love educating, and continue to train and grow young stylists. It has become such a joy to watch others grow, and to give back to my industry.
I believe hair has a huge impact on how we are received in the world, and how we show up for ourselves. Having dream hair allows for more opportunities. When the hair is on point, you feel more powerful within yourself.
When a woman has hair loss due to postpartum, stress, or dietary challenges, I love being able to walk them through the possibilities, and help solve some hair challenges and give options. It is truly a joy to help a guest on their journey to loving and understanding their hair.
When a guest sits in my chair, my goal is to help them understand their weakness and how to work with them, while giving possibilities, and accentuate their strengths. It is my passion to guide women to a healthy hair life in which they love their hair, every day!
